Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Procedure

To make a return, prepare your package with the products inside along with a document indicating your order number, first and last name. Ship your package to the following address: Novoma Customer Service, 15 rue de Marclan, 31600 Muret. 

Note: Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days according to the payment method used when placing the order. 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we will only accept returns of dietary supplements that have not been opened, as they may deteriorate once opened.
