What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

Lost package

Have you checked if a delivery notice was left in your mailbox? Have you asked your neighbors? Could someone else have picked up the package for you? If no one was present to receive the delivery, it’s possible that the courier left your package with a neighbor or at the nearest post office. 

A delivery notice may not always be left in your mailbox. Feel free to check the package tracking (link found in the shipping confirmation email) to see the delivery status.

Damaged package

We understand the disappointment caused by receiving a damaged package. In this case, please contact us after receiving your order with photos of the damaged items or packaging. 

We will review the provided documents to report the situation to our logistics team and delivery provider. If a product is damaged, we will offer you a replacement.
